General Terms

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of services provided.

1. Services

Services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing retainer agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and rates are defined in individual service agreements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued monthly or upon project milestone completion.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Intellectual Property

All work product created during engagements remains the property of the service provider. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for its intended purpose upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or materials developed prior to the engagement remain the service provider’s property.

4. Confidentiality

All client information shared during engagements is treated as confidential. Confidentiality obligations continue for three years after the engagement ends. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Projects may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
  • Retainer agreements require 30 days notice for termination.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the terms of the service agreement.

7. Training Sessions

  • Training sessions are scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee, as defined in the service agreement.
  • Materials provided during training are for participant use only.
